GAUGE (TENSION)
When making amigurumi matching exact tension isn’t necessary, aim for a dense fabric with no visible holes between stitches.
However, if you wish to match sample tension, work rounds 1-3 of Body with your yarn and hook.
When made in Paintbox Yarns Cotton Aran and US G/6 (4mm) hook this circle will measure 11/4in/3cm across.

PATTERN NOTES
– All pieces are worked in continuous rounds without joining, use marker to denote start of round.
– Work the decreases in the pattern in your preferred method – regular or invisible decreases, the samples are made with invisible decreases as folls: insert hook under front loop of the first stitch and both loops of second stitch, yarn over hook and draw a loop through to the front of work, complete like a regular sc (dc).
– When sewing up the ends with the leftover length of yarn pick up all front loops with a tapestry needle and pull tight to close
