Place eyes between rows 22 and 23, leaving 9 holes between them. 1st eye is placed before the 2nd increase. Count 9 holes after the first eye and place the 2nd eye. If you want the sunken eye look, do not place the backs of the eyes on until row 34. TIP! You may have to adjust the eye placement depending on yarn and hook size you use.

Now for the eyes. Stuff the head well. Cut a long piece of yarn and remove the eyes. Place the needle in the hole where the first eye was and thread the needle into a hole next to the eye hole. Go back and forth between each eye hole repeating the process from the first eye. Pull slightly on the yarn after going through each hole. Do this about 3 times on each side until you reach the look you want. Follow the pictures for help. There is also a youtube video I have for
extra help on this process. To place the backs of the eyes you will need to remove most of the stuffing to place the
washers on the eyes then re stuff it.

Assembly

Head and Body:

1- Make sure the head is positioned correctly. The back of the head on top of the double crochets.
2- Pin the head to the body for extra support.
3- sew the head onto the body.
You may need to add more stuffing while you sew.

Arms:

1- Pin the arms into a forward angle on the side of the body underneath the neck. There are no certain row placements as I just try to decided based on look where the arms should go.
2- Sew them onto the body.
Tip! Closing the seam by crocheting over the opening will make sewing it to the body easier. Also the arms will lay nicely flat, instead of sticking out.

Horn:

1- Pin the horn onto the head. There are no certain rows I place the horn. I try to judge based on looks where it should go.
2- Sew into place.

Ears:

1- Pinch the ears together at the bottom and sew closed. This gives the ears a pinched look.
2- Pin the ears onto the side of the head. There are no particular rows I place these on as I can never seem to get them exactly the same.
3- sew the ears onto the head.

Hair:

1- Sew the chains onto the head behind the horn.
2- Sew the tail chains onto the back of the body.

Cheeks and Heart:

1- Pin the cheeks onto the side of the head underneath the eyes.
2- sew them into place.
3- Pin the heart onto the front of the shirt and sew on
