10 inches from bottom to top of head with weight 4 yarn and a 3.25 mm hook

Materials Needed:
Yarn: Worsted Weight #4, approximately 100g of main color, 50-75g of accent colors
Color A: Gray, Color B: Pink, Color C: Red, Color D: Dark Pink, Color E: Black
12 mm safety eyes
Hook Size: D Hook or 3.25 mm
Scissors, sewing needle, stitch marker, fiberfill stuffing
Abbreviations:
mr= magic ring- crochet single crochet stitches in to the adjustable loop
BLO= back loops only
ch= chain stitch
F/O= Fasten off
sc= single crochet stitch
hdc= half double crochet
sl= slip stitch
FLO= front loops only
dc= double crochet stitch
inc3= 3 sc in the same stitch
inc= increase- make two single crochet stitches in the same stitch
dec=decrease- crochet two stitches together using the decrease method
(4 sc, inc) x 6= repeat the pattern between parentheses 6 times
Notes:
• Do not join rounds unless stated, work in a continuous spiral
• Use a stitch marker to mark the beginning of each round
• All stitches are worked in both loops unless stated otherwise in the pattern

Crocheted from top of head to bottom
Starting with Color A:
1- Make 6 sc into a magic ring= 6
2- Increase in each st around= 12
3- (sc, inc) x 6= 18
4- sc, inc, (2 sc, inc) x 5, sc= 24
5- (3 sc, inc) x 6= 30
6- 2 sc, inc, (4 sc, inc) x 5, 2 sc= 36

Start stuffing the head
Head and Body Contiuned:
Place eyes between rounds 14 and 15, the eyes will be 2 holes away from the corner of the mouth. If you want the sunken eye look, do not place the backs of the eyes on until round 30.
TIP! You may have to adjust the eye placement depending on yarn and hook size you use.

Now for the eyes. Stuff the head well. Cut a long piece of yarn and remove the eyes. Place the needle in the hole where the first eye was and thread the needle into a hole next to the eye hole. Go back and forth between each eye hole repeating the process from the first eye. Pull slightly on the yarn after going through each hole. Do this about 3 times on each side until you reach the look you want. Follow the pictures on pg. 5-6 for help.
To place the backs of the eyes you will need to remove most of the stuffing to place the washers on the eyes then re stuff it.

Turn your mole upside down. In the right corner of the mouth, attach Color B yarn with a sl st
1- sc in the 9 stitches on top of the mouth, sc in the next 9 stitches on the bottom of the mouth= 18

Stuff the nose as you work

Do not F/O the 5th finger! You will continue working to make the hand:
7- Work a sc in the 2nd finger to connect the 1st and 2nd finger together, work 2 more sc. Work a sc onto the 3rd finger, work 2 more sc on the 3rd finger. Work a sc on the 4th finger, work 2 more sc on the 4th finger, work a sc on the 5th finger to connect, work 5 more sc around the 5th finger. Work 3 sc on the 4th finger, work 3 sc on the 3rd finger, work 3 sc on the 2nd finger. Work 6 sc around the 1st finger= 30

Do not stuff the fingers or hands

Sc around the edges of the cape, work an increase in each corner of the cape, when you get to the top of the cape: Ch 30, sl st in 2nd ch from hook and across. This is creating a strap.

F/O and if you want to sew the hat on. Leave a long tail for sewing
Watsoil Scarf:
Ch 118
1- dc in 2nd ch from hook and across, Ch 2, sl st in same st to F/O
Cut approximately 12 strands of red yarn. They will be about 6 inches in length.
Attach them to the edges of the scarf. Cut them to size.
Tail:
With Color A:
1- Make 4 sc into a magic ring= 4
2- (sc, inc) x 2= 6
3-8. sc in each st around
Stuff the tail as you work
9- (2 sc, inc) x 2= 8
10-15. sc in each st around
16- (3 sc, inc) x 2= 10
17-22. sc in each st around
F/O and leave a long tail for sewing
Assembly
Arms:
1- Thread your needle with a long strand of white yarn. Insert the needle into a hole in between the eyes. Bring the needle up to a lower corner on the eye. Wrap the needle around the outside of the eye. Insert the needle into a top corner on the eye. Repeat for the 2nd eye. Weave in any yarn tails.
2- Pin the arms onto the side of the body. (for the arm style #2, You will have to sew the arm opening closed.)
3- Sew the arms onto the body.
Legs:
1- Turn the body upside down. Pin the legs onto the bottom of the fee approximately between rounds 43 and 44.
2- Sew the legs onto the body.
Tail:
1- Pin your tail onto the back of the body.
2- Sew the tail onto the body.
