Todays daily new amigurumi free crochet pattern is Amigurumi Polo the Panda.
I want to give you some informations about this pattern ;

Difficulty: Easy, US terminology
Materials:
– 2.75mm hook/C-2 (US)
– 8ply yarns/DK or Light Worsted
– 50g yarn in WHITE and BLACK
– Scissors
– Tapestry needle
– Polyester toy stuffing
– Stitch marker

Abbreviations:
MR = magic ring
ch = chain
sc = single crochet
inc = single crochet increase (2 sc in one stitch)
dec = decrease (sc 2 together)
sl st = slip stitch
BLO = back loop only
(..) = repeat the space in brackets the given number of times
[..] = total number of stitches

Notes:
– Amigurumi is usually stitched in the round and a yarn with no stretch is best, I prefer cotton.
– When changing colour, yarn over the new colour and pull through on the stitch prior.
– I used Lincraft Cotton Yarn 8ply for the finished photos but for the photos throughout I used the following yarns which are easier to see than the black cotton:
o WHITE = Scheepjes Stonewashed in col. 801 Moon Stone
o BLACK = Scheepjes Stonewashed in col. 803 Black Onyx
o PINK = Scheepjes Stonewashed in col. 835 Rhodochrosite
– I crochet loosely and use a 2.75-3.00mm hook with 8ply yarn. Generally, the hook you use for amigurumi will be a smaller than for other crochet as you want the stitches tight.
– The yarn thickness and hook size used will affect the size of the finished item. My Polo the Panda is approximately 21cm tall (9 ¼ inches).
– I have used embroidered the eyes for this pattern. Please ensure that there are no loose fittings.
